UNIT C - 2500 square feet with warehouse...$1000.00 per month. An affordable $4.80 per square foot.
UNIT D - 3700 square feet of Executive Offices....$2500.00 per month. Luxury at $8.10 per square foot.
Unit B is available as additional warehouse space only to tenants who lease and occupy Units A, C or D .
